Course contents : Conduction in semiconductors – PN junction – Electronic linear components – Small and large signal amplifiers – Operational amplifiers – Feedback circuits – Combinatory logic – Sequential logic – Flip-flops – Constitution of an elementary microprocessor
Course objective : Basic knowledge of semiconductors and analog and digital electronics.
Prerequisites : General physics course.
Workshops : 10 hours exercises with written control at the end of 1st semester – 16 hours laboratory during 2nd semester.
Organization : Lecture during 1st semester (2 hours per week).
Written notes : Available at AEES.
Assessment : Written control at the end of 1st semester, laboratory reports, oral examination at the end of 2nd semester.
