Course contents : Taking the principles outlined in the assured social charter as a main guide, the course essentially looks at the subjects of unemployment and pensions. Focusing on their links to unemployment the course also looks at the main legislation frameworks dealing with invalidity, health insurance and family allowance.
Course objective : To arrive at a full understanding of the two main subiects, and to make progress in the others.
Prerequisites : The 1st licence course on Social Law, or an equivalent
Organization : Ex-cathedra lectures with the possibility of student participation.
