Course contents : Cet enseignement consistera l'année académique 2003-2004 en la rédaction d'un travail écrit sur un thème de droit familial. Il sera dés lors comptabilisé pour 30 heures.
Course objective : The course essentially consists of the drafting of a report on the issue of family law.
Its objective is to develop students' skills in drafting texts related to law. Content and form de-serve equal attention.
Organization : A session on methodology is organised at the beginning of the year, at the end of which specific topics are distributed among students.
Reports are drafted under the supervision of the professor and its collaborators.
Regular individual meetings are organised as well as the correction of first drafts.
Specific dates are set up for handing in a bibliography, an outline, the first draft, and the final draft.
Assessment : The report is marked out of 20. Failure in June involves a notable improvement of the essay, in agreement with the professor.
