Course contents : Annual program to be finalized with the students.
Various Guest speakers.
Course objective : Bridge between University and professional life.
Transversal subjects : family law, enforcement law, role played by procedure, power of the judge, etc.).
Prerequisites : Thorough knowledge of general judicial rules of procedure
Workshops : None
Organization : Five hours of class every week.
Revision classes are integrated in the course, which is interactive. One must bear in mind that work experience under the supervision of the Faculty also allows a better understanding of the course.
Written notes : Various written materials are available to the students.
Assessment : According to the preferences of the student. Possible session in January.
