| Course contents :
| The student must present a written paper of maximum 30 pages.
A selection of topics is presented to the students during the first meeting. The topics are discussed with the Professor and his staff.
The students receive as much information and coumentation as we can furnish them. Their work is supervised by the Professor and/or an Assistant. | |

| Course objective :
| Obviously, the first purpose is to offer the student the opportunity to work on a constitutional issue in another legal context.
Some Belgian students take this course as a way of prefering their SOCRATES program (from a linguistic and legal point of view).
The other way round, some SOCRATES students choose this course as a way to improve their knowledge of (written) French and to bette know the Belgian constitutional system. | |

| There is no formal exam, but a discussion of the paper with the Professor. | |
