| Course contents :
| This course includes the advanced study of substantive criminal law in the Belgian Penal Code as well as in different particular Belgian laws (constitutive elements and case law). | |

| Course objective :
| The objective is to make the students able to manage a practical case. | |

| Prerequisites :
| Introduction to judiciary law. Criminal law. Criminal law procedure. Comparative criminal law. | |

| Organization :
| Ex cathedra lecture with practical cases examples during the second half-year. The course is replaced by a written working for the Eramus or Socrates students. | |
