Course contents : This course includes the advanced study of substantive criminal law in the Belgian Penal Code as well as in different particular Belgian laws (constitutive elements and case law).
Course objective : The objective is to make the students able to manage a practical case.
Prerequisites : Introduction to judiciary law. Criminal law. Criminal law procedure. Comparative criminal law.
Organization : Ex cathedra lecture with practical cases examples during the second half-year. The course is replaced by a written working for the Eramus or Socrates students.
Written notes : No book available. Bibliography given for each theme.
Assessment : Oral examination.
