| Course contents : | Theoretical course on 1- development of documentation in the field of sciences from antiquity to the present; 2- documentary tools in the field of sciences; 3- strategies implemented to use these tools Workshops in which students have to do a powerpoint presentation of the strategies they used in a given task of documentary research in sciences. | |||||

| Prerequisites : | Notions pf classical documentary tool Basic English Use of powerpoint | |||||

| Workshops : | Do a powerpoint presentation of a strategy used in a documentary research in a scientific area | |||||

| Organization : | Four theoretical lectures as sketched above One or two guided tours in a library of exact sciences | |||||

| Written notes : | Powerpoint slideshow used in the theoretical lectures sent by email | |||||

| Assessment : | Evaluation will be based on a report handed in by students and introducing the research strategy to achieve a bibliography in a general scientific area | |||||
