Course contents : Introductory environmental chemistry: sources of pollutants, dispersion modes, fate and behaviour of pollutants, targets of pollutants including Man.
Course objective : The main objective of the course is to set-up the basic knowledge that allows the understanding of micro pollutants properties within a strict regulatory context. It includes industrial waste management and public health concern.
Prerequisites : Strong basis in chemistry
Organization : 8 lessons
Written notes : Scientific papers and reference books
Assessment : Seminar based on personal bibliography analysis
