| Course contents :
| This seminar is devoted to the art of the argumentation on topical issues. Sometimes, they will incarnate the role of the Minister wishing to promote a particular policy in a precise field, sometimes they will take the role of a member of the opposition dismounting the argumentation of the Minister. | |

| Course objective :
| The objective is to allow the students, during an original exercise, to show rigour as for political, administrative, sociological and legal dimensions of problems, but also of originality and spirit of synthesis in the presentation of the argument | |

| Assessment :
| The evaluation is continuous on the quality of the work achieved in session. Three presentations per student are envisaged. | |
