Course contents : 1. Analysis of the key-concepts (strategy, rules, regulation.).
2. Analysis of the hospital' field (strategy of the professionals and the patients).
3. Analysis of the professions.
Course objective : Understanding the strategic analysis of Michel CROZIER and Erhard FRIEDBERG, the identical analysis of Renaud SAINSAULIEU and Claude DUBAR as well as Jean-Daniel REYNAUD's crossed regulation.
Fields of application: the administration (CROZIER and THOENIG) and the hospital ( KUTY).
Prerequisites :
Workshops : Organizational diagnosis with F.Schoenaers (former researcher Ulg, lecturer in Lille)
Organization : 1. Ex-cathedra lectures.
2. Seminars on the hospital based on preliminary readings of works, introduced by the students

Link with other courses:
Presentation of the theses of the contemporary sociology in continuation of those of the classic sociology seen during "Evolution of the sociological thought".
