| Course contents : | Introduction: - Outline of the ageing problem and of the current changes of the social ages. - Analysis of the current forms of pensionÂ’ behaviors. - Approach of the organizational innovation in geriatrics. Methodological synthesis. | |||||

| Course objective : | Confront the students with a sociological approach of ageing with help of the theme of the social innovation in organization. | |||||
