Course contents : Presentation of the methodology, followed by the examination of the Mesopotamian architecture period after period
Course objective : To go further into knowledge of the art history and the archaelogy of the ancient Near East by analysing a theme.
Prerequisites : The students must have participated to the 1st year lecture "Histoire de l'art et archéologie: Asie antérieure" 30 h
Workshops : The students are asked to take part by presenting talks (about one hour) on a subject chosen in a list which will be at their disposal in the beginning of the year..
Organization : Wednesday 11 AM - 1 PM

Written notes : There is no booklet forseen for the course. A specific bibliography will be transmitted during the year.
Assessment : Oral examination at the end of the year on the entire subject, which consists in checking the knowledge and the synthesis capacities.
