Course contents :
Course objective : This introductory course provides an ideal environment to help students discover the opportunities offered by the internet in terms of management information and decision support. The internet-based analysis of real-life business cases favors a better understanding of the risks and rewards associated with the development of new activities in this field. Students are invited to develop a “first” prototype internet site for a company of their choice.

Written notes : Lectures, internet-based case analysis, term project.
List of readings, articles and chapters.
Reference internet sites.
Assessment : Class contribution. Individual assignments. Development of a prototype internet site.
