Course contents : The student must present a written paper of maximum 30 pages.

The choice of the topics is discussed with the Professor personally. This choice is broad, ranging from public finance issues (e.g. the system of fiscal federalism adopted in Belgium) to more specific issues in local taxation.

Much depends on the personal field of interests of the student.
Course objective : This course is mainly open to DES students (public and administrative law or tax law). It is also open to last year or DES students in political Science.
