| Course contents :
| The notions of organic chemistry, inorganic chemistry and general chemistry are amalgamated in an integrated unit which suppresses the traditional divisions of chemistry. The essential biological molecules are studied since the very first chapters, where they are used to illustrate the general principles. The three-dimensional aspect (stereochemistry) is one of the major concerns | |
| | | |
| Course objective :
| This course brings the bases of chemistry necessary to approach the study of the life at the molecular level. It also aims at forming the thought of the students in the field of the applied sciences and at contributing to their general scientific culture | |
| | | |
| Prerequisites :
| Program of chemistry of the admission exam to the university first cycle | |

| Assessment :
| The exams and general tests are written (open or/and multiple choice). The prerequisites are integral part of the program and are also controlled.
