Course contents : The course on Molecular biology will allow to the students to discover the basic mechanisms that gover gene expression and regulation
Course objective : Allow an understanding of DNA replication, gene transcription, translation and targeting of cellular proteins. This course will also allow to the students to understand important differences between pro- and eukaryotes
Prerequisites : None
Workshops : None
Organization : Theoretical courses given during the second semester and fully integrated with human biochemistry
Written notes : Supplementary informations are in Genes VII of Ben Lewin. Overheads show are given to the sutudents on CDrom
Assessment : Written examination
