Course contents : - Aspects of molecular biology applied to human
- The human genome: expression, genic therapy
- Protein degradation, (lysosomes, necrosis, apoptosis, proteasome) and RNA catabolism
- Metabolic specialities of organs and tissues
- Reaction of human organism toward protheses
Course objective : - To complete information given to students in general and human Biochemistry courses.
- To give an information on the most recent results of genomic, proteomic and metabolomic.
- To give an information on the interactions existing between protheses and cells.
Prerequisites : Chemistry, Biology, Histology, Biochemistry, general and human Physiology.
Workshops : No practical course
