| Course objective :
| 1. To describe the main analytical technics used in biochemistry (electrophoresis, chromatography, ultracentrifugations...) 2.To describe the main properties of life molecules: carbohydrates, lipids, amino-acids, proteins, heterocycles (coenzymes, vitamins, nucleosides) 3. To give the bases of enzymology (kinetic, enzyme, nomenclature, reaction, mechanisms) 4. Remembering of bioenergetic bases. The molecules with "a high energetic level". The reaction coupling. | |
