| This course is designed to introduce some basic topics related to international finance and to mergers and acquisitions. It will outline both theoretical and empirical issues. Emphasis will be placed in relating insignts from scientific analysis with real-world decisions and policy issues. The learning process will be facilatated with the help of some case studies. Students are expected to have basic background in finance. | |
