| Aperçu général : | The course is composed of three parts : Part I. Origin and development of International Organisations as instruments of international Negociation : an historical introduction. Part II. The postwar international trading system : origine, impact and fuctioning of the GATT and the WTO. An anayses is made of the institutional infrastructure of international trade negociations, taking into account the impact of United States foreign trade policy as the resultant of americain federalism and US constitutional development. Part III. The European Union : competencies, decision-making, impact and functioning in international relations, in particular in the common commercial policy field. | ||||||||||||||
